Dominican monastery

Piarist Square is the place where the city itself was founded by Czech Budejovice in 1275 on a greenfield site. Therefore, we can monastery in the square declared one of the oldest buildings in the Czech Budejovice.

The competent Dominican monastery contains valuable frescoes, sculptures and decorations. Impressive site is also adjacent spaces.

In contrast, the Dominican monastery is a building Solnice (currently lying opposite the pub brewery), whose roof is the fourth oldest in the country.
